岗位职责:

？ 负责向所属部门员工实施全部安全检修培训计划。该职位人选将提供一定的培训课程。
Be responsible for implementing all training plans on safety examination and maintenance for staff in the department. The post holder will also be the trainer in some cases.
？ 参与培训资料、设备维护保养等各类资料的编制。
Participate in preparing training materials, equipment maintenance program and other documents.
？ 准备、安排、并布置落实对所管辖的员工进行有关设备检修、维护保养等相关知识的培训课程。
Prepare，arrange and implement the training courses for presidial staff about equipment examination and maintenance knowledge.
？ 在项目调试阶段，协调仪表、机械专业人员，配合支持调试经理，落实各项调试工作中有关维护及检修工作并担任重要角色。
During commissioning, assort with instrument and mechanical professional personnel and cooperate or support commissioning manager to implement respective maintenance and examination tasks required by commissioning and play important roles in commissioning.
？ 在设计审核和施工阶段提出运行方面的意见，包括HAZOPDE 的评估工作。
During design review and construction, raise proposals on operation, including participation in HAZOPDE reviews.
？ 组织所属员工负责对生产运行中各转机设备进行跟踪记录，并对各项指标进行考核。以安全、质量、低成本为目标，对装置运行的设备、仪表进行监测，及时判断设备、仪表出现的问题并进行处理。
Organize staff to trace and record the situation of various running equipment and also assess each operation performance index, set targets on safety, quality and low cost, inspect all the equipments, instruments of the plant and timely diagnose then deal with the relative problems.
？ 配合HSSE经理，落实SECCO的HSSE各项工作。（重点丙烯腈装置的设备维修的安全措施及检修规范。）
Cooperate with HSSE Manager in terms of various HSSE tasks set by SECCO (mainly on safety measures and examination procedures of equipment maintenance of AN Plant).
？ 按计划和各资深工程师协调组织解决生产中的问题及各项检修工作。
Work with senior engineers to organize and resolve problems in production and various maintenance tasks as planned.
？ 安排好AN生产过程中使用的检修工具的数量，以及仪表/设备备品、备件的储存量。
Arrange various AN maintenance tools for production and necessary storage of instrument and equipment spare part.
？ 制定各类检修计划、方案、维护措施以及实施要求规范。
Make various examination plans, schemes, maintenance measures and implementation requirement regulations.
？ 辅助制定装置的优化检修、维护管理计划。
Assist in the development of the advanced examination and maintenance schemes for the plant.
？ 制订各类安全检修注意事项，并对AN（丙烯腈）装置在日常维护工作以及大检修中制订安全措施。
Develop points of attention for safety maintenance as well as safety measures for routine maintenance and overhaul of AN plant.
？ 在日常管理中发现要进行改良的项目以及合理化建议要及时向管理信息系统提供信息。
Provide timely input to the management information system about items that need improvement and optimization proposals which were found in daily management.
？ 审批各项工作，承担一定的风险。这些将是赛科定义的管理体系，包括工作、变化管理等。
Be one of the approval signatories on any work activities which include some level of risk. These activities will be SECCO defined management systems covering work activities, management of change and others.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other work assigned by superior manager.

任职资格:

？ 教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，仪表自动化或相关专业。
Education background: bachelor degree and above, instrument automation or related profession.
？ 工作经验：具有5年以上化工装置仪表检修或维护经验，烯烃装置维护经验优先，有2年以上的仪表维护管理经验优先。
Working experiences: Preferences to 5+ years of chemical plant instrument maintenance experiences and OL plant, 2+ years of instrument maintenance management experiences are preferred.
？ 了解基本的DCS/SIS知识。
Basic knowledge of DCS/SIS.
？ 熟悉各类仪表相关标准和法规。
Familiar with various equipment related standard and regulations.
？ 有较好的安全意识。
Have sound safety awareness.
？ 有良好的沟通和协调能力，善于协调并建立必要的人际关系。
Have good communication and coordination capability and be good at coordinating and establishing necessary interpersonal relationship.
？ 有较强的责任心，积极主动完成工作。
Have strong sense of accountability and actively complete the task.
？ 熟练使用办公自动化者优先。
Candidates who are familiar with office automation are preferred.
？ 英语四级及以上水平。
CET 4 and above.
