Role Purpose:

The HR Supervisor will play an expert role in recruitment as well as perform HRBP role to support retail store

    

人力资源主管将在招聘中扮演专家角色，并执行HRBP角色以支持零售商店

    

Job Responsibilities:

Develop annual recruitment plan by understanding the business and recruitment needs, independently carry out recruitment, keep close communication with the employing department, and complete the recruitment task within the specified time.

    

通过了解业务和招聘需求制定年度招聘计划，独立开展招聘工作，与用人部门保持密切沟通，在规定时间内完成招聘任务;

    

Establish an efficient recruitment process, including talent selection, interview, and salary suggestions, etc.

    

建立高效招聘流程，包括人才筛选、面试、及薪资建议等;

    

Establish, develop and evaluate recruitment channels, and select the most suitable channels according to the characteristics of post demand to meet the talent demand of the company's strategy and development plan.

    

招聘渠道的建立、开发及评估，并根据岗位需求的特点选用最适合的渠道，以满足公司战略与发展计划对人才的需求;

    

Analyze the recruitment process and effect, review the recruitment effect and relevant data, and submit the data analysis report on schedule.

    

对招聘过程管理及效果进行分析，分析招聘效果与招聘数据，按期提交数据分析报告;

    

Support other HR tasks and retail store project according to department needs

    

根据部门需要支持其他HR方面工作以及零售店铺的项目.

    

Requirements:

    

岗位要求：

    

Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

    

人力资源管理或相关专业学位

    

Minimum 8 years HR experience in which 5 years or above in recruitment, preferably in FMCG/MNC

    

8年以上人力资源工作经验，5年以上招聘工作经验，有快速消费品/跨国公司工作经验者优先

    

Familiar with all kinds of recruitment channels, recruitment process and interview methods, batch recruitment experience or lie recruitment experience is preferred

    

熟悉各种招聘渠道、招聘流程及面试方法，有批量招聘经验或猎头招聘经验者优先

    

All the functional modules of human resource management have been recognized, and those with experience in the whole human resource module have absolute advantages

    

对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有认识，具有人力资源全模块经验者有绝对的优势

    

Good communication skills; Possess great initiative, independent, a customer-oriented attitude

    

良好的沟通能力;良好的主动性、独立性、以客户为中心的工作态度

    

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point

    

熟练使用MS Word, Excel, Power point等办公软件

    

Good command in written and spoken English

    

良好的英语听说读写能力
