Job Responsibilities:  

Develop sales strategies, monitor daily operations, and maintain company KPIs, cost control, and P&L objectives.

1.   Execute traffic, conversion, and site performance strategies
2.   Formulate sales improvement plan strategies using historic and forecasted promotions analytics. 
3.   Manage team members to work efficiently, while developing and increasing the team’s skills and core competencies.
4.   Market analysis and operations improvement planning using brand, and positioning.
5.   Works well under pressure, problem solver, innovative leadership, and effective communicator who works well cross-functions.
6. Marketing resource review, develop marketing strategies

                                

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience managing Brand Site/ Oversea platform
• Experience in Fashion and Underwear industry, transitional website, and oversea platform are highly desired.
• Full experience in E-commerce industry understanding the philosophy of ‘how to  operate’. 
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills that can be used to propose and execute data-backed sales plans.
• English level ,Well written and spoken English skills. 
• Good negotiation skills, business development skills, and overall good business sense.
• Lazada/ Shopee/Amazon experience in advance
