Responsibilities：

Responsible for responding to tenders and RFQs from regional and global offices

Negotiate and maintain competitive FAK ocean freight, air freight and rail freight rates

Understand country's needs and negotiate specific requirements with target agencies & carriers (e.g. rates, space protection / allocation , free time on demurrage and detention)

Provide guidance to the cluster pricing teams and export departments in line with market development

Prepare and provide competitive port to port rates to global offices

Ensure efficient flow of information concerning carriers' activities and market development to management

Develop and maintain relations with global ocean freight carriers with head offices

Responsible for maintaining the Pricing Guideline

Attend to global meeting of Global Pricing & Network team to share news of Greater China and follow up global adjustments and developments.

Requirements：

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in Pricing department in logistics company

Wide agency network knowledge in Greater China direct carrier and airline connection is big plus

Knowledge and experience in USA, India, Turkey or Russia trades is strong asset.

Strong verbal and written communication in English, interpersonal, mathematical and analytical skills.

Team player and project management capabilities

Developing and defining pricing structures

Strong negotiaton skills
