  Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with basic electronic components and footprints.

   熟悉基础的电子元器件及封装脚位。

2. Proficient in using soldering equipment.

   精通焊接设备：电烙铁，热风枪，锡炉，洗板水。

3. Soldering Evaluation Kits for new project and replace ICs (QFN and CSP footprint) and electronic components for AE/QA.

   支持AE/QA需求，组装焊接评估板，替换芯片（QFN/CSP封装）。

4. Lab material management and sorting.

   实验室物料整理及管理。

5. Follow test procedure to test ICs and EVKs.

   能够按照测试规格书测试芯片及评估板。

Qualifications:

1. Soldering small package chips and components experience for board service in smartphone design/manufactory (such as: Huaqin, Longcheer, etc), which is preferred.

   有维修智能手机焊接小封装芯片元器件经验者，优先考虑。

2. Good team player with open mind and critical thinking, be willing to take challenges.

   具有团队合作，开放思维，乐于挑战自我等精神。

3. A quick learner, strong responsibility and know how to self-motivated.

   具有快速学习，高度责任感和工作主动性。

Pre-requisite Skills:

1. Good teamwork interpersonal skills.
