Service Delivery Manager - On-Wing Services (Greater China)
As an OWS Service Delivery Manager for Rolls-Royce, you’ll be responsible for delivering field services on a global scale to support the expanding requirements in the civil fleet. It is an additional position within OWS Greater China to cope with the growth of the department and is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a customer focused, planning and engineering background, to demonstrate their skill in a testing environment. You will be based in our Beijing facility and be occasionally required to travel and be available for stand-by and call-out outside of normal office hours. You will show strong leadership to your assigned OWS Team members.

Key Accountabilities
? Responsible for maintaining delivery of OWS operations across the range of products and services, by control of IT tools and systems, internal process and Customer Satisfaction
? Lead the provision of planning activity for OWS activity in the Greater China Region.
? Forge strong links with the rest of the worldwide OWS operations and suppliers.
Requirements
? Extensive knowledge of Part-145 regulations.
? Apprentice trained in an engineering discipline and preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.
? A combination of strong services and technical background, with invoicing and contract administration experience essential.
? Strong IT background, with experience of planning systems and reporting to deliver improved and efficient ways of working.
? Experience of planning activities and tasks in a dynamic environment to support customer needs, and work in a calm and efficient manner.
? Customer focused and be able to work in a changing environment, at all times be flexible and responsive in their approach to dealing with requests to customers and third parties.
? Good command of English and Chinese (Both verbal and written)
