JD:
1. Strictly follow customer’s requirements and quality standards; monitor QC’s inline, middle and final inspection ensure they are qualified to do the work; and monitor production status closely
2. Assist QC and factory to solve the problem in production process
3. According to customer complaints' investigation, processing and improved countermeasures proposed assessment and improved results; According to the overall quality status to set, implement and carry out the quality inspection standards
4. Establishing, organizing and implementing the relevant quality training plan; do the regular quality training to improve QC's sense in quality


JR:
1. Over 5 years working experience in garment trade company or buying office as a QC supervisor
2. Familiar with production of woven/kintting/sweater garments and the production process of garments
3. Familiar with the European inspection standards and inspection process
4. Fluent spoken English ; able to read and write report and email in english
5. Strong communication and team management skills
6. Skilled in time management, planning and budgeting
7. Willing to travel frequently


JD：
1. 严格执行客户要求的品质标准；监督QC的初、中、尾期的工作质量，密切跟踪生产进度
2. 协助QC及工厂解决生产过程中的品质问题
3. 根据客户的投诉立案、调查、处理及改良对策的提出和改进结果的评估;根据公司整体质量状况制订、贯彻、执行产品质量检验标准;
4. 建立相应的品质培训计划并组织实施，定期对员工进行品质培训，有效提高员工品质意识;


JR：
1. 至少5年以上服装外贸公司或采购中心质量管理经验
2. 熟悉针织，梭织，毛衫类服装的检验，了解服装生产工艺流程
3. 熟悉欧洲质检标准及检验流程
4. 英文口语流利，能读写英文邮件及英文报告
5. 较强的沟通能力及团队管理能力
6. 较强的时间管理能力，组织能力及成本控制意识
7. 愿意接受出差安排
