l Position Objective

We are looking for a reliable Project Site Manager to plan prefabricated power distribution center (PDC) projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organizing, implementation and scheduling of the projects. The required resource profile is of a Project Engineer with minimum 5-7 years of experience having basic project Engineering / Site Management skills that could be useful for managing the following activities at Assembly workshop

l Main Responsibilities & Tasks

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion

- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

- Oversee all onsite and offsite installations to monitor compliance with project specifications and safety regulations

- Coordinate and direct site engineers and subcontractors

- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

- Meet contractual conditions of performance

- Review the work progress on daily basis

- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences

- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

- Keeping track if ITP, coordinate with Project Manager, LE, Structural Engineer, ABB expeditor on various issues and progress reporting, raising red flags and submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports

- Site quality assurance and project safety management

JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位条件

l Education教育程度

本科或以上学历，电气工程及其自动化等相关或相近专业；电力系统及其自动化专业方向优先；

Bachelor or above majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power system and its automation, etc.

l Work Experience工作经验

- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience having Project Engineering and Site Management skills. Experience on international project sites will be an advantage

- Advanced knowledge of site management processes, means and methods

- Expert knowledge of substation products, installation & commissioning details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. Experience in ABB equipment- MV(34.5/13.8kV) /LV Systems/Auxiliary systems and knowledge of structural/construction monitoring will be an advantage.

- Competent in conflict and crisis management

- Leadership, time control and human resources management skills

- Qualified Safety Management skills or at-least good awareness of QEHS.
