Main responsibilities:
?Supplier Quality Management 供应商开发和绩效管理
- Supplier qualification, on site quality audit and capability assessment 供应商资格认定、现场质量审核和能力评估
- Develop and maintain QAA(Quality Assurance Agreement) 与供应商商谈并签订质量保证协议
- Supplier quality performance scoring & continuous quality improvement 供应商质量绩效评分和持续改进
- Supplier development program(Quality system, capability, lean, 6 sigma, etc) 供应商开发计划 （质量系统、能力、精益生产、六西格马等）
- Global sourcing/GBU/other sites supplier quality activity support （全球资源开发、GBU、其他工厂供应商质量活动支持）
- Supplier change control 供应商变更控制

?Material Quality Management 原材料质量管理：
- MRB material evaluation and containment plan 待评审原材料评估及围堵计划
- Defect material diagnosis & analysis 不合格原材料诊断和分析
- Material quality issue solving and SCAR follow up 原材料质量问题解决，供应商纠正预防措施跟踪验证。
- Participate new material qualification, review and authorized to approve Supplier qualification package and material qualification protocol/report. 参与新物料评估，审阅并授权批准供应商资质认定文档和物料评价草案及报告。

?Establish and optimize Testing Method
- Material inspection/test method, criteria, procedure development. 原材料检验/测试方法、基准和程序建立。
- Gage R&R evaluation 量具R&R评估
- Metrology/IQC technicians training and qualification 测量和进货检验技术员培训及考核

?Other tasks assigned by SQM manager 其他由SQM经理分配的任务

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor degree, Mechanical or Electrical engineering background. 学士学位，机械工程或电气工程背景。
-Minimum 4 year experience in supplier quality management. 最少4年的供应商质量管理经验。
-Experience with material localization & supplier development in MNC. 跨国公司原材料本地化及供应商开发经验。
-Material qualification test experience. 原材料质量认证测试经验。
-Familiar with manufacturing processes, quality evaluation method and standard, technology principle and development trend of plastic parts & tooling, metal parts(stamping, machining, die-cast, etc), or mechanical-electrical parts (PCBA, cable, battery, keypad, motor, etc).熟悉塑胶件及模具、金属件（冲压件，机加工件，压铸件等）、或机电部件（PCBA，cable，battery，keypad，motor等）的制造过程、质量评估方法和标准，技术原理以及技术发展趋势。
-Quality Audit skill 质量审核技巧
-Project management 项目管理
-Problem solving skill 问题解决技巧
-Measurement knowledge 测量知识
-Advanced quality tools (PPAP/APQP/SPC/FMEA/MSA) knowledge & using skill 先进质量工具（PPAP/APQP/SPC/FMEA/MSA）知识和使用技巧
-6 sigma, CQE, CQA certificate as a plus.
拥有六西格马、CQE、CQA资格证书者优先
-Fluent verbal and written English 流利的英语口语和书写能力
-Good computer skill of Microsoft application software 优秀的计算机应用能力及微软办公软件操作能力。
-Good communication and interpersonal skill. 良好的沟通及人际交往技巧
-Good team work with others. 良好的团队合作能力。

柯惠医疗器材制造（上海）有限公司即美敦力上海工厂（SMF）是美敦力在华独资的***家生产企业，成立于2006年11月，于2007年4月正式启用。公司坐落于漕河泾高科技园区，总投资4000万美金，总建筑面积达18，414平方米。其中10万级洁净车间面积为3000平方米，实验室总面积为500平方米。公司员工总数近340名，现生产产品16个品种，包括心脏瓣膜、医用高频仪器设备，腹部外科手术器械，手术室、急救室、诊疗设备及器具。
Medtronic Shanghai Manufacturing Facility (SMF) is Medtronic’s first wholly-owned manufacturing subsidiary in China. The site was founded in November 2006 and officially inaugurated in April 2007. With an initial investment of 40 million USD, SMF boasts a gross floor area of 18,414 square meters in Caohejing Hi-Tech Park. The site is composed of 3,000 square meters with Class-8 clean room and 500 square meters for laboratory use. There are currently 340 employees and 16 product lines producing
tissue heart valves, high-frequency medical equipment, abdominal surgery instruments, and diagnostic/treatment instruments used in the operation room and first aid.

公司每年平均引入1-2种新产品投入生产。2014-2015年与美敦力中国研发联手，成功推出基于微波消融技术的肝癌手术设备和新一代血管闭合与组织融合先进电外科设备。2016年公司更以1300万美元的投资额引入美敦力全球***的事业部-心脏业务集团的心脏瓣膜项目，以造福先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、冠心病、

SMF continuously expands its local manufacturing capabilities by adding one or two new products to its portfolio per year in average. In 2014 through 2015, collaboration between SMF and Medtronic China Technical Center successfully drove launches of the ablation technology based hepatic surgery devices and new generation of advanced electrosurgical instruments for vessel sealing and dividing. In 2016, 13 million USD was invested in SMF’s further evolvement to introduce the new tissue heart valve manufacturing line for the Medtronic Cardiac Vascular Group. The tissue heart valve material will contribute to helping patients who suffer from congenital, cardiovascular, coronary and rheumatic heart diseases. Starting 2017, the combination of our local and global heart valve manufacturing will help 65,000 patients improve their access to high-quality treatment in China and around the world.
