Principal Accountabilities:

1. Assist manager for engineering project delivery and management

2. Management of Engineering projects for Engineering services, operation enhancement

3. Show the leadership to team with strong technical knowledge under the instruction and guideline from management

4. Design, plan and engineer different platforms and systems to meet Product specification and operational requirements

5. Review and enhance network performance in high service level

6. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to other departments

7. Escalation support and co-operate with operation team on daily operations

8. Carry out emergency duties

9. Information Security Responsibilities:

1) Follow and implement the organization’s information security policies.

2) Be responsible for safeguarding the security of the company’s information and computing assets.

3) Report security events, weaknesses and incidents according to the defined procedure

Job Specification:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent or related disciplines

2. At least 5 years solid experience in ISP or relevant experience

3.Hands on experience in installation and supporting of UNIX/Linux server. Experience in Microsoft Windows platform an advantage

4. Hands on experience in DNS, email systems (e.g. Postfix and Qmail) and shell-scripting/PERL is essential

5. Experience in directory and database support and administration (e.g. OpenLDAP, SQL Server) and Internet product support (eg. Apache, IIS, etc.,)

6. Knowledge in system monitoring and backup tools

7. Holder of professional certifications (Sun Certified Admin, RHCE, LPI, JNCIA, CCNA, CCNP) is preferred

8.Able to solve problems independently, good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure and challenges

9.Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

10.Standby duty is required
