职位描述
JOB PURPOSE
1) Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing & sales strategy, based on company’s brand and business objectives & strategy, market characteristics, and financial factors (as per Business Plan).
2) Clear focus on financials, products, pricing, target audiences, consumer touch points, market and channel opportunities, and prioritization.
3) Apply strategic forecasting and planning to manage budget, expenditures, cost efficiency, return-on –investment (ROI) and profit-loss projections (PLP).
4) Initiate, develop and conduct relevant market and consumer research and analyse the findings.
5) Formulate and hands-on implementation of marketing plan and activations.
6) Motivate and work closely with local, regional and global departments to ensure smooth execution projects, regular reports and plans
7) Work with, develop, motivate, evaluate and oversee the performance of the sales and marketing team members.
8) Establish, develop and manage relationships with media, KOL, partners and vendors.
9) Lead, motivate, work with, manage and be fully accountable for the performance of third-party agencies and vendors based on agreed KPIs.
10) Implement and ensure clear roles and responsibilities, work flow, communications among/across all departments, internal and external teams in order to achieve brand and business objectives.
Assist China ER to handle local celebrity’s sitting , SBS communication and maintain relationship with celebrity agent. Internally communicate for celebrity wax figure related issues.
COMMUNICATION
- Attend relevant Network events, build relationships with key partners to better understand and share market and competitor news, trends and activities.
- Work closely with General Manager, Marketing Director, Finance Director and Divisional Director to deliver appropriate commercial marketing performance and report monthly at Business Reviews (BR).
- Develop and deliver clear strategic and creative briefs to internal and external teams/agencies
- Ensure all brand communications are aligned with global brand guidelines and positioning
- Maintain good communication and relationship with the local tourism authorities, partners and stakeholders.
