In this role, you have the opportunity to

  

Be responsible for leading and managing the sales of construction adhesives and Cox dispensers in China region

You are responsible for

  

• Responsible for annual sales growth and profit budget of construction & Cox business line

• Develop and manage distribution network of construction & Cox business in China

• Develop and manage sales team of construction & Cox business in China

• Co work with product managers to launch products fit for market of China

• Establish and manage the relationship and events with related associations, e.g. Chemical anchoring, tile grout, masonry, windows. Kitchen & cabinet etc

• Co work with Head of Adhesives CN to analysis and compile sales strategy of construction segments

• Manage the customer and project pipeline of construction and Cox

• Responsible for sales rolling forecast of construction and Cox

• Responsible for AR collection on monthly base

  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• 6-10 years of sales and/or marketing experience of construction adhesives and/or tools

• Solid competitiveness in distribution development and management, with experience of adhesive and application tools are preferred

• Be sensitive and detective to application changes and market opportunities

• Familiar with adhesive applications in factories and construction projects

• Innovative and value-added product sales experience

• Team leader of sales and marketing

• Rich cross function and multi culture working experience
