岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Perform daily patient rounds, either individually, or as part of the team. Review subjective and objective findings including labs, diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains and provide data to senior consultant surgeons when necessary.
? Provides patient education related to procedures, medications, therapeutic goals, etc.
? Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed.
? Collaborates with senior consultants in the establishment of diagnoses and treatments of therapies and discharge needs both in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
? Discontinue drains, dressings changes, wound assessments, staple and suture removal, cast and splint applications and removal as indicated.
? Writes daily progress notes on all inpatients. Writes progress notes for each patient seen in clinic.
? Assesses patient’s progress through extended hospital course, utilizes available resources, and intervenes as necessary to ensure that optimal patient outcomes are achieved.
? Resource for nursing staff regarding patient care issues.
? Staff outpatient orthopedic clinic
? Perform independent surgery on privileged cases in consultation with the CMO
? Assists senior consultants on orthopedic cases
? Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Chairperson of the Department in supporting departmental goals
? Following UFH’s commitment to educating the next generation of medical professionals, physicians will be responsible, as part of their ongoing duties, for mentoring, precepting, teaching and supervising UFH fellows or other relevant trainees.
? Additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, department chair or CMO.

任职资格:

? Medical qualification from recognized institution
? Wide range of clinical knowledge and skill in orthopedics
? More than 10 years of clinical experience in orthopedics
? Previous experience of clinical leadership would be preferred
? Overseas clinical experience would be advantage
? Current orthopedic practice and advanced clinical development in orthopedic.
? Management skill;
? Communication skill;
? Be able to work with the local hospitals
