职位描述
1、掌握国家的法律法规及有关工程造价的管理规定，精通本专业理论知识，熟悉工程图纸，掌握工程预算定额及有关政策规定；
2、定期做好项目月结工作（每月25日提供现场工程量清单、技术核定单及工程请款单），对施工图与现场有变更的部位及时与技术负责人核实，完成项目的工程款收款和分包工程款支付，达到合同约定的标准；
3、工程竣工验收后，及时进行竣工工程的决算工作；
4、负责审查施工图纸，参加图纸会审和技术交底，依据其记录进行预算调整；
5、按照施工图负责做好分包供应商和材料供应商的招标工作；
6、完成工程造价的经济分析，及时完成工程决算资料的归档。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，工程造价及相近专业，具有造价员或造价工程师证书优先；
2、具有三年以上建筑装饰装修施工预算员岗位经验，熟悉工程的定额预决算和审核工作，有一定的成本核算能力，掌握施工工艺，熟悉工程量计算规则；
3、熟悉各项定额，了解人工费、材料预算价格和机械台班费的组成及取费标准的组成；
4、要熟悉工程量计算规则，掌握计算技巧；要了解建筑经济法规，熟悉工程合同的各项条文，能参与招标、投标和合同谈判；
5、要有一定的电子计算机应用基础知识，能用电子计算机来编制施工预算。
