–   负责工厂经理安排的所有相关工作。技术员主要负责按照PDCA方法来执行设备维修、保养工作，确保设备安全运转。

–   Responsible for all duties as assigned by the Plant Manager. The Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance repair, and preventative and predictive maintenance activities for all production activities according to PDCA. Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours.

–   负责操作注塑机及相关设备完成日常生产工作，能够适应白夜班。

–   Responsible for operating the all the injection machines and related equipment to complete all the daily production requirement. Need to work on night shift.

–   负责开机换模调试及产品换型编程工作。

–   Responsible for Mold Change and setup parameters for the injection machine and program the equipment according to different products.

–   确保按照计划完成生产任务，同时保证产品质量，控制报废率。

Ensure to complete all the production tasks with required accountant and good quality as well as control the scrap rate during production.

–   根据设备维护保养计划完成设备维保并根据实际情况更新备品备件清单。

–   According to the company equipment and facilities maintenance plan, carry out equipment and facilities maintenance, and update the maintenance plan and spare parts list according to the related problems found in the maintenance plan。

–   根据模具保养计划完成模具维保工作并监控模具状态。

–   Maintenance the mold according to mold maintenance plan and monitor injection tooling quality and calibration and manage the relevant actions.

–   负责设备DT/OEE/MTBF/MTTR/6S等相关指标的实施与统计，确保设备及其周边环境的安全与整洁。

–   The implementation of downtime rate/OEE/MTBF/MTTR/6S, ensure the safety and cleanliness of the equipment itself and its surroundings.

–   根据要求完成交接班。

–   Shift hand off according to requirement.

–   积极参与改善活动，提出并实施降本增效建议。

–   Participate in continuous improvement activities，suggest and implement cost-saving ideas.

–   根据要求完成安全与消防设备点检。

–   Take the safety and fire distinguish equipment daily check with WI.
