Job Titles: Service Engineer
Report to: Logistic & ASS Manager

Main Responsibilities:（岗位职责）：
? Provide on-spot installation and technical problem solving to end users and project customers
? Responsible for tests and maintenance to installed equipment in the field
? Handling and solving of customer complaints in the field and escalate any major problems to Regional Service Manager/Supervisor.
? Represent the De Dietrich company in a professional manner at all times.
? Implements parts replenishment initiatives and actions as required
? Build and develop the positive relationship with customers through proper interpersonal and customer handling skill
? Provide customer experience feedback to business leaders for even better customer satisfaction
? Proactively learn and develop individual’s technical expertise and capability from time to time
Qualifications & Experiences:

Knowledge & Skill (知识技能要求)：
* College degree or above in mechanical, electronic or related engineering degree.
* 3+ years in after-sales service technical, training and quality working experience, home appliance industry experience especially in refrigerator and cooking is prefer.
* Good cross function communication skills and customer service sense.
* Team work and able to travel domestic.
* Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Good English both on verbal and written.
