PQE Supervisor 产品质量主管

Job Discription工作描述

1 .To ensure customer complaints are solved effectively and on time. 8D report can be submit on time.
确保客诉能够及时有效地处理，8D 报告能够准时提交。
2. Improve RMA DPPM and standardize the procedure.
改进不良品的退换货流程。
3. Co-work with cross-functional team, including Mfg, Tec, R&D, Logistic etc to improve non-conforming customer audit items.
与生产，技术，研发及物流等部门，共同改善客户稽核不符合项。
4. Review and setup the check point when new product introduce.
在新产品导入时，确认质量的监控点。
5. Define the qualification of NPI project whether it’s successful.
确认NPI的项目是否可成功导入到量产。
6. Define the Quality Inspection specification of each new product.
定义各个新产品的检验规范。
7.Co-work team to standardize process quality procedure.
与团队合作，共同优化制程质量的相关程序。
8. Base on company’s strategy , work out proper headcount plan.
根据公司发展规划，制定合理的人员需求计划。
9. Evaluates and appraise SQE/IQC staff performances, and develop training programs to upgrade staffs' skills；
评估部门人员的工作表现，为不同人员制定相应培训计划以提高员工的技能和能力。

Job Qualification 任职资格

1.Bachelor's Degree in engineering, electrical engineering is preferable.
大学本科，电子工程优先。
2 Minimum 5 years quality experience in the filed of SMT & PCBA. 3yrs in management experience, 1 yr or more auto manufactory background

至少5年SMT & PCBA 行业的质量经验，3年管理经验,1年汽车电子制造行业经验。
3.Good knowledge of ISO9001 & TS16949 ,
具备良好的ISO9001 & TS16949相关知识
Well known knowledge of Six Sigma and use Minitab well.
熟悉六西格玛知识，并熟练使用Minitab.
ISO/TS internal auditor is preferable.
具备ISO及TS内审员资格。
4. CET4 at least, Good command of both written and spoken English.
英语4级，书写及口语流利。
5. Strong in Customer Focus competency.
具有关注客户的良好意识及能力。
6. Team player and result-oriented.
具备团队合作精神及结果导向思维。

   路线2(昆山市区方向)： 科博馆-广元门诊-太湖路-木瓜路-东城大道金融大道口-浦园-蔡家-赵屯小学公交站-公司 (7:20--8:40)

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
