Job Summary:
- Complete daily replenishment work.
- Support Supply Chain Manager in achieving the target of stock day and on shelf availability performance.
- Achieve the target of KPIs including, but not limited to DC to Store Fill Rate, DC stock days and Store On Shelf Availability

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1) Ensures proper and timely order issuing and execution for domestic central stock SKUs, and to achieve the target of service level from warehouse to store, as well as the stock days in warehouse, including, but not limited to
- Monitor inventory, analysis sales history and generate demand forecast
- Order placement and tracking in SAP system
- Collaborate with stake holders including OM, supplier and store etc.
- Emergency or abnormal stock handling
2) Supports Supply Chain Planning Manager in achieving expected / target stock and on shelf availability performance, for example
- Make regular monitoring report
- Prepares necessary analysis
- Store ordering behavior monitoring and improvement
- Supports to the process optimization and ensure the implementation
- Supports planning tool optimization and improvement.
- Other tasks assigned

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Business Engineer with focus on Supply Chain Management

Experience:
- 2-5 years experience in Planning in Wholesale/Retail or Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries;

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong logic and data skills
- Fast learner especially in computer system
- Good MS skills especially on excel.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good service orientation towards internal and external customers
- Ability to adapt to new culture and people
- Result orientation and good communication skills
- Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of supply chain and the following area will be a plus:
- Demand forecasting principles, IT tools/techniques
- Target and safety stock management
- Material requirements planning principles,
- Financial impact of stock management
