职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Make recruitment planning based on business needs and fulfill the recruitment targets
- Set up and develop various effective recruiting channels
- Conduct recruitment & selection activities of talents at middle to senior levels including sourcing,
interviewing & selecting potential candidates
- Meet to performance standards and deliver work results
- Perform other duties and task as deemed fit by the management
Requirements:
- College Degree or above
- Good command of English
- Two years of recruiting experiences, headhunting experience is preferred
- Familiar with recruitment procedure and process
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication with both internal and external
- Initiative, self-motivated, good team working spirit and willing to work under pressure
