职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Set up the whole purchase process and build up the purchase team.
2. Prepare yearly budget and cost saving plan.
3. Source materials
4. Place the order according to production plan.
5. Follow up the purchase order; assess the performance of supplier.
6. Negotiate and deal with the abnormal issues during the purchase process.
7. Supervise the quality and delivery of purchase order as well as stock.
8. Guarantee the delivery of materials and equipment in order to meet plan, reduce cost and risks, and
minimize stock quantity and value.
9. Supervise and manage import & export business and logistics affairs.
10. Be responsible for import, Customs declaration and Bonded business.
11. Help customers set up bonded business
12. Set up material requisition plan in accordance with production plan.
13. Be accountable for warehousing and ensuring to provide management with right stock report.
14. Give necessary training to team members to improve personal capacity and working performance.
15. Give support and make coordination with other teams.
16. Supervise production planning and warehouse
17. Other tasks assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. 5+years'experience in a chemical manufacturing environment or relevant and 3 years' experience in a
management position;
3. Familiar with International trade practice;
4. Good command of English, both written & oral;
5. Good negotiation and communication skills, strong experience in Purchasing & Logistics;
6. Teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
