Position: Global Supply Chain Analyst /Manager

The Role

You will manage the role of Global Supply Chain Analyst / Manager at our Shanghai Headquarters. Reporting to the Head of Global Supply Chain and Business Process Management you will be managing smooth communication and flow of logistic operations, supply chain compliance, cost and price analysis, inventory, warehouse and supplier management, internal process documentation as well as strategic implementation of Global Supply Chain improvements.
Job Description

(1) Responsible for compliant import / export procedures of products on a global level
(2) Ensure and maintain smooth production, supply and operational process flow
(3) Manage 3PL, inventory and warehousing, procurement and production
(4) Maintain close relationships with LSP and suppliers
(5) Review and maintain internal / external operation procedures and provide flawless process documentation for better efficiency
(6) Implement, verify and report logistic metrics, inventories, costs, pricing, sales, supply / demand forecasts and KPIs with global Business Units
(7) Identify and support standardized best practice implementation across multiple international logistic locations
(8) Prepare and recommend production and operating budgets
(9) Responsible for special projects as directed by Head of Global Supply Chain including internal process management and implementation to the IT system
About the Candidate:

In order to perform the above duties the successful applicant must have impeccable knowledge of international transportation methods, import / export compliance, purchasing, demand and forecast planning, incredible communication, follow-up, organization and presentation skills.

The candidate must have a sense of efficiency, be passionate, innovative, cost-conscious, detail minded, honest and quality driven. The ideal candidate will show integrity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and believe nothing is impossible and above all be able to take ownership and responsibility of this exciting role under limited supervision.

? Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business or Trade Management
? Experience: 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain
? Experience: 2 years in a managerial role
? Solid knowledge and expertise in import / export documentation, logistic procedures and legal aspects, must be able to understand and manage compliance
? Familiarity with all steps of the supply chain process
? Highly analytical and detail oriented
? Must be a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus adapting to a variety of challenges
? Advanced experience using Microsoft office including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
? Passionate in operational training colleagues and team mates
? Experience working with ERP systems or SAP is a big plus
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
