Job Description：

1.协助经理完善业务流程、客户资源的规划及成本控制
Assist sales manager in system automation, process enhancement & resources planning and budget control
2. 处理客户和学校方面的投诉，解决在操作中可能影响服务质量和效率的问题
Resolve customers and minicenters' complaints and any operation issues arise that may impact service quality & efficiency
3. 维护和改善员工激励制度，以提高工作效率和质量
Initiate continuous improvement plans & staff motivation program to boost staff morale, productivity, operation effectiveness and efficiency
4. 完成每月业绩指标
Responsible for monthly targets
5. 做好TM、CC及管理之间工作流程的衔接
Act as a bridge between the TM, CC and management
6. 建立和管理销售队伍，规范销售流程， 关注于维护和提高公司市场竞争力
Establish and manage the sales team，standardize the sales process，focus on maintaining and enhance the market competitiveness of company
Job Requirements：

1.大专及以上学历，良好的英语读写能力
Bachelor degree, strong English ability.
2.至少3年以上呼叫中心工作经验（1年以上管理经验），教育或培训或电话营销行业尤佳
At lease 3 years’ callcenter experience. Experience in education and training is a plus.
3. 能灵活的处理问题，较强的书面及口头沟通技巧，保持诚信和专业的品质
Flexible approach to problems, strong written and spoken communication skills, and above all maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
4. 能在较大压力下工作
Proven ability to perform under pressure.
5. 熟练使用MOS软件
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
6. 优秀的团队建设经验，团队管理能力强，善于协调营销团队的工作
Excellent team building experience, good at coordinating the marketing team
7．具有强烈的进取心，乐观豁达，富有开拓精神
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, open-minded, full of pioneering spirit
