Purpose/ Mission:
-Assist manager to manage the daily production activities, coordinate with other relative functions for production plan, materials staging, equipment maintanence etc in time, improve production efficiency and ensure paln attainment.
-Cooperate and communicate with other departments on problem solving, including safety and quality.
-Assist manager for shift management.

Main Tasks:
-Maintain manufacturing data in SAP system correctly and timely.
-Master relative SAP operating, and train SAP users in FL workshop, ensure SAP users can run relative SAP system correctly.
-Convert master production plan to shift production plan.
-Lead material staging and refilling process.
-Track machine status and coordinate with Engineering team on machine maintenance.
-Manage workshop’s daily safety walk, report injury or illness, incident, and record safety observation and track corrective actions.
-Assist manager to draft relative operational instructions, SOP etc. if necessary, and discuss with or train relative people in time.
-Assist manager for non-comformance invetigation, track corrective actions and implement releated training.
-Complete assigned project to improve line efficiency.
-Assist manager on daily operation management, may work in different shift.

Professional Experience:
- 良好的英语口语及书写能力
- 食品或精细化工类制造企业，具有生产管理经验者优先
- 知晓GMP、HACCP、5S、HSE 的相关要求
- 知晓食品安全法律法规
- 知晓ISO9001，ISO22000，有内审员证书者优先

Education Level:
大学本科学历，食品、化工或计算机类优先
