Responsibilities:
---Client management:
Collect and document information of clients;
Support communication with clients;
Prepare contract for salesman;
Check receipts;
Check finance accounts;
Collect payment for goods
--- Logistics management:
Communicate with each point in the supply chain in order to smooth the transport of goods;
Track the progress of shipment
---Data management:
Do work relative to data collection and analysis as assigned by managers
---Administration:
Do work as a personal assistant for key account managers
Qualifications:
· -- Education Level: Bachelor or above, major in English or other related marketing,
· -- Working Experience: 2-5 years experience preferred
· -- With full sense of responsibility; Multi-task skills; Detail-oriented·
· --Being patient when dealing with daily work
· --Good English communication skills, English Level: CET 6, good oral English preferred
--Computer Level: familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
