MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee creation & design of apparels to final merchandising of the products on the site.
2. Selecting and editing new fabrics and products according to product roadmap and monthly collection.
3. Responsible for co-ordinating product uploads to the site and take initiative in general site improvement.
4. Working closely with sourcing to narrow down fabrics and products searching, and determine the quantities to order.
5. Ensure the best and optimal cross selling logic between products.
6. Ensure that all products on the site are presented in a very appealing manner to entice customers.
7. Assisting with photo shoot styling.
8. Working with the Sourcing team in aspects of the buying process through:
1.Attending buying appointments
2.Travel to other Chinese provinces or cities when necessary.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Certified diploma/ degree on any fields of design: fashion, graphic or interior.
2. Proven commercial experience of trading in a fast paced and reactive environment.
3. Fluency in Chinese is desirable.
4. Good judgement and decision making skills.
5. Confidence in suggesting calculated ricks.
6. Demonstrate solid understanding of merchandising environment.
7. Discreet, professional and well-spoken, with excellent communication skills.
8. Keen eye for details.
9. Pro-active and able to show initiatives / ideas to constantly improve Indochino's offering.
10. Display behaviour and personalities reflective of Indochino's core values.
