DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Researching and refining Indochino's brand visuals. Working and giving the organization a tool to guide branding decisions to ensure brand values are communicated in every aspect of the company's initiatives.
2. Applicant will be working directly with the Chief Creative Officer (CCO), as well as independently and within collaborative teams on short and long term projects. Projects include conceptualizing graphic project, packaging, and
3. Working with CCO, researching and leading projects to design and maintain an amazing retail experience at Indochino's Traveling Tailor shows.
4. Working closely with the Creative team, the designer creates graphic and stylistic elements for Indochino's Style Manual and catalogue.
5. Supporting packaging design and artwork for the out-of-box experience team.
6. Any graphic work as assigned by the CCO.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1.0 QUALIFICATIONS
1. Certified diploma/ degree on any fields of design: fashion, graphic or interior.
2.0 OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
2. 5+ years experience in graphic design in a working studio or agency
3. Fluency in current graphic design practices and production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
4. Strong layout, colour theory, photo editing, and typography skills.
5. Be able to work with and apply Indochino's Visual Identity Guideline Systems to maintain a coherent brand across all media.
6. Must be wildly creative and obsessively meticulous.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. Submit a scrapbook of designs, styles, and trends they find interesting. (PDF or blog format)
