工作职责：

1、推动公司HSE管理体系的执行，完善公司HSE管理手册、管理程序和管理制度；

2、管理、监督、检查工程的HSE管理状况，分析、处理安全隐患、安全事故；

3、审核总包单位上报施工组织总设计中的安全条款及措施，审查总包单位对施工现场危险因素的辨识及重大危险源的控制措施，审核总包单位的营业执照、资质证书、安全生产许可证等资料；

4、负责对参与项目施工人员(含分包单位)持证上岗情况的检查，并建立相应的台账；对新进项目施工人员实施安全教育；

5、负责一般安全事故的调查分析、处理和上报，协助处理重大安全事故；

6、负责组织制订项目部的安全教育计划，并对管理人员、施工人员等进行日常安全教育；

7、负责收集、整理HSE管理的各项资料；

8、推行HSE管理体系工作，以及实施现场标准化管理、文明工地创建活动。

任职要求：

1、具有安全工程、其它工程类本科及以上学历，从事HSE管理工作五年以上；

2、具有工程师职称和注册安全工程师执业资格

3、近两年主管完成过5万m²或投资1亿元人民币以上工程项目的 HSE管理工作，并无重大安全事故,有涉外项目经验优先；

4、具有项目施工和安全管理的系统知识，熟知国家安全生产方面的法律、法规，具备相应的安全理论知识，熟悉一定的土建和机电安装方面的专业技术知识和安全技术知识；

5、英文熟练，具有较强的文件编写能力，具有较强的计算机应用能力；

6、具有较强的管理能力和组织协调能力。
