Job description:

1. Responsible for expanding overseas CMO and CMC business;  create and maintain customer base according to the company's overall strategy; make marketing strategies and service plans;

2. Identify new business opportunities; develop key accounts funnel and pipeline;

3. Establish and maintain good relationships with key accounts at decision-making levels;

4. Responsible for the development, negotiation and promotion of cooperation projects; identify and help develop strategic collaborations with firms;

5. Integrate all kinds of resources of the company, apply deep understanding of relevant industries to help shape sales and brand.

 

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmacology, pharmacy or a related discipline; experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical companies, pharmaceutical R&D, market prospects, policies and regulations, trends. Experience and knowledge of CMC and CMO;

2. 5 years of work experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or a relevant industry; sales, marketing and business development experience is preferred;

3. Have excellent business negotiation skills; strong communication skills;

4. Strong logical thinking ability, execution ability, coordination ability and ability to analyze and solve problems;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, patient, innovative;

6. Can thrive in a fast paced environment; can adapt to frequent business trips.
