What you will do:

• Genral Project management: Monitor the planning and development process of event projects. Create, Develop, produce and deliver projects from proposal right up to delivery.
• Budget management: Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
• Timeline management: Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
• Coordination: Create the conditions for an optimal collaboration with internal client and external suppliers by using reporting tools and by providing constant communication.
• Coordination: Manage supplier relationships
• Coordination: Manage operational and administrative functions (purchasing and accounting processes) to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
• Operation: Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
• Operation: Travel to onsite inspections and project managing events
• Operation: Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery

What you will be equipped with:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years Event Management experience (Event Agency is preferred)
• Strong project management skill especially live event management
• Bilingualism (Chinese-English, spoken & written)
• Excellent communication skill
• Autonomy and Leadership mindset
• Well-organized and Rigorous
• Excellent collaboration skills and problem solving mindset
