PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This position contributes to e-marketing/O2O digital venture success by studying enterprise/consumer requirement, designing digital marketing product features, managing and implementing frontend/backend

application systems, such as e-commerce, membership and e-card/coupon payment. It is also required to have

hands-on architecture/development capability of high concurrency web system and RESTful API integration.

SCOPE AND MAGNITUDE:

Digital marketing/e-commerce system and RESTful API design, architecture, development, test, rollout and project management.

POSITION FUNCTIONS:

1. Work closely with Yum! Digital/Marketing functions, study internal user requirement and external consumer needs of digital marketing products.

2. Evaluate the value of emerging technologies and solutions by assisting with opportunity assessments and proofs of concept.

3. Design/optimize digital marketing products features and system architecture.

4. Review technical deliverables of system architecture, function component, API integration and source code.

5. Collaborate with Yum! IT vendors and deeply manage the whole life cycle of IT projects to achieve business targets.

6. Responsible for technical support in system maintenance and enhancement stage including daily issue fixing, system monitoring, system optimization etc.

7. Maintain satisfactory working relationships with different teams/functions, and vendors as required to successfully achieve assigned tasks.

8. Possess a high degree of knowledge of Yum! application development environments, software methodologies, processes and tools, etc. in design, development, testing, environment migration processes and systems development lifecycle, security management etc.

EDUCATION:

University education in Information Technology or related major

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

5+ years hands-on working experience of software system architecture and Restful API design, know well about SOA/SOI/microservice methodology.

5+ years’ hands-on working experience in backend application system development, skilled in server side technologies, such as JavaEE, Spring framework, MyBatis, CXF, SQL and other open source frameworks.

3+ Hands-on working experience in open source middleware, such as Nginx, Postgre/MySQL, Tomcat, Linux, ofbiz etc.

Hands-on experience in big data technology (Hadoop ecosystem) is preferred.

2+ years project management/coordination experience in software application development.

Good knowledge about mobility/frontend technologies such as HTML5, Ajax, Bootstrap, phonegap is preferred.

Domain knowledge and work experience digital marketing, e-commerce, e-campaign related area is preferred.

Working experience and knowledge of business operation in foreign/internet companies is preferred.
