Online Trading
- Identify selling opportunities for WW, LSA, MW, MSA, JWL and LIF across categories, brands and departments and develop online and in-store trade pushes in collaboration with the regional Sales & Service, PR & Marketing Teams and other Online Retail team members.
- Work with Commercial Team to continually look for replenishment opportunities and to achieve optimal allocation and availability of stock across touchpoints
- Work with regional Sales & Service, PR & Marketing, Customer Experience and Consumer Insight Teams to collect customer feedback and develop actionable insights to improve performance across stores and online
- Analyse seasonal performance to identify key opportunities for growth, as well as risk areas, and feedback to CBO and Commercial Teams
- Work with CRM team to optimize the online sales in DTC communications and feedback on segmentation strategy
- Validate and analyse the reports prepared by the team
- Prepare competitors’ sales promotion, marketing campaign and digital experience review on monthly basis to share the best practice in the market
- Prepare brand popularity reports specifically for China Market Place on periodic basis

- Monitor online product merchandising activities with focus on ensuring merchandise assortments and information are presented correctly across digital platforms (ie strike a balance between brand and commerce)
- Monitor the performance of studio, upload and copywriting team, and the site indexing status on daily basis to ensure we roll out the newness on timely manner.
- Oversee day-to-day trading activities, including product launches, deliveries and stock management
- Monitor margins and markdown strategies providing seasonal and in-season suggestions to Commercial Team based on actual performance
- Review online trade on a daily/weekly/Monthly basis, recommend and implement changes to drive traffic, improve conversion and ultimately achieve sales targets
- Work with key support functions such as pick team, packing centre, warehouse, technical and finance department to ensure there is a smooth and reliable operation, especially ahead and during peak trading periods
- Join relevant internal meetings to ensure all brand activities are correctly represented online across digital platforms
- Establish transparent and insightful updates across all aspects of the online business to drive profitable growth and share actionable insights with the wider business
- Review execution of content plan as well as static content sections and request changes to respective teams as needed
- Perform daily site administrative check with key focus on the site loading speed, login and registration pages stability, accuracy of delivery promise and payment redirection across different regions with the assistance of the team members
Drive Digital Experience

- Identify digital experience opportunities and initiate projects with full business cases which include but not limited to statistic, system/data flow suggestion, business requirements and KPI.
- Monitor the timeliness and work progress in regard to the technical requests submitted by our team on regular basis.
- Assist and provide support in key projects identified by the Head of Online Retail whenever necessary
- Participate in UAT process to support projects or key tasks roll out
- Review and monitor the digital experience projects managed by the team and share consolidated update to Head of online retail on weekly basis
- Establish and review online trade relevant process and propose enhancement plan
- Review execution of content plan as well as static content sections and request changes to respective teams as needed
Drive Online Retail Development
· Assist in the development of online business strategy in collaboration with Head of Online Retail
· Identify innovative online retail development ideas based on internally developed insight or from externally inspired research to continually enhance the online customer proposition and drive profitable growth
· Work closely with the Online Retail Team to develop ideas into initiatives and then implement them
· Support ongoing online retail development initiatives such as product extensions, website enhancements, introduction of new functionality, etc
· Continually monitor luxury fashion developments to identify and communicate market gaps and opportunities as well as changes in the competitive landscape
Customer Care & Experience
· Work with CCC team in China to ensure we deliver great customer experience at all times
· Liaise with Pick team, Pack team and Warehouse to ensure/enhance successful picking, packing, and/or shipping of orders to our customers
· Constantly collect and share customer feedback with relevant parties and follow up to ensure actions are taken
