职位描述
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Degree in textile or relevant area
College degree or above, have a good English ability for listening, speaking, reading and writing.;
Computer literacy in MS Office
Minimum of 5 years merchandising experience in textile Industry
Must have working history with performance fabrics or garments
Familiar with Wal-Mart system, can complete the operation process of the system independently is preferred.
Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
Long term overseas business trip acceptable
Inquires, Product Development & Quotations
A. Receive inquiries from customer
B. Develop suitable items for end-customer together with customer and supplier
C. Work-out detailed production schedule with customer and supplier
Samples
A. Develop samples with suppliers according to customer requirements
B. Detailed sample checking and issue sampling reports
Production
A. Receiving customer Purchase Order
B. Pre-production tasks: sampling & product testing with internal QA department and major laboratories
C. Production status and quality checking as well as milestone updates to customer
D. Coordination of inspections with internal QC department
E. Coordination of shipments with internal shipping department
JOB PURPOSE:
Work closely with factories in order to ensure they fully and accurately understand requirements for all tech. packs, time lines, pricing, packaging, delivery deadlines, quality standards and factory compliance
Ensure quick and accurate communication with factories
Merchandiser and the merchandising team in all the commercial activities including data entry , sample handling , report preparation , order follow-up.
职位需要:
纺织或相关领域的学位
大专以上学历,具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
MS Office中的计算机素养
至少5年的纺织行业销售经验
必须具有高性能面料或服装的工作经历
熟悉沃尔玛系统,可以独立完成系统的运行过程者优先
成熟,有上进心,注重细节,负责任且能够独立工作
出色的时间管理技能和在紧迫的期限内工作的能力
可以接受长期国外出差。
询价,开发以及报价
收到客人询价要求;
与客户和供应商一起为最终买家开发合适的产品;
与客户和供应商一起制作出详细的生产计划。
样品
根据客户要求与供应商一起进行样品开发;
仔细检查样品并出具样品问题报告说明。
生产
收到客人订单;
产前任务:取样,与公司质检部门和实验室进行样品测试。
分阶段报告给客户生产情况以及品质检查情况;
与QC 部门协调进行质检;
与船务部门协调发货;
工作目的:
与工厂紧密合作,以确保他们能够全面准确的了解公司对于技术,包装,时间,价格,交货期以及质量标准的合规性要求。
确保与工厂准确高效的沟通。
跟单与跟单部门需要参与包括数据录入,样品的把控,准备报告以及订单的跟踪等一系列活动。
