职位描述

Job description:

  

1. Self-reliant and independent business handling.

  

2. Handle the sample development and sample inspection independently.

  

3. Follow up and control the bulk schedule and quality with factory.

  

4. Solve all the problems during above procedure;

  

5. Will assist merchandiser manager to input and follow orders. Will be in contact with factory but also client during order follow up and insure the good process of the order until the delivery date and complete all the necessary paperwork to export correctly the goods.

  

6. Following and managing each order since the beginning until the end by responding at all client’s inquiries or factory’s issues (Quotation, samples, purchase/sales contract, QC, booking, payment)

  

7. Ensuring of the quality of the product before sending to clients

  

8. Updating all information into company’s database

  

 

  

Responsibilities:

  

  1. College or Above.

  2. With sound knowledge of Hardline and business handling

  3. Familiar with testing standard and inspection standard.

  4. Must have the abilities to use the English/Chinese command, both oral and written. (need translation documents from English to Chinese or vice versa)

  5. Need to do paperwork, be willing to learn new things

  6. Must have good organization skills and good at planning

  7. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

5.协助上级输入和遵循订单。 在跟进订单期间,我们将与工厂以及客户保持联系,并确保订单的良好过程直到交货日期为止,并完成所有必要的文书工作以正确出口货物。

  

6.从头到尾跟踪并管理每笔订单,并响应所有客户的询问或工厂问题(报价,样品,购买/销售合同,质量控制,预订,付款)

  

7.在发送给客户之前确保产品质量

  

8.将所有信息更新到公司的数据库中

2.具有扎专业业务处理知

  

3.熟悉检测标准和检验标准。

  

4.使用英汉语的口面命令的能力。 (需要从英文到中文的翻文件,反之亦然)

  

5.需要做文工作,愿意学新事物

  

6.具有良好的组织能力和善于

  7.建立和持有效工作关系的技巧
