Title: Sales Engineer
Reports to: Sales Manager SSH.
Location: Shanghai Fengxian Factory
Objective:
1. Penetrate business of hydraulics hoses into engineering machinery OEMs, namely excavator, road roller, road paver, forklift, wheel loader, etc.
2. Set up and expand high quality channel agency (distributor) to sell the production in region.

Company: Semperflex Shanghai, a member of Semperit Group and producing the hydraulic hose

Regional Area:
Shanghai: East China area including, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong and Anhui province


Duties:
1. Develop the new customer, not only the targeted OEMs but also distributors and resellers, energetically to meet and exceed the objective of sales revenue base on the yearly budget.
2. Maintain existing customers and keep good relationship with all clients to increase the marketing share continuously.
3. Collect and analyze market information including competitor’s activities and sales strategies to China market, the customer tendencies in the production application.
4. Deal with customer complains for the order delivery issues, quality issues and payment issues.
5. Coordinate with functional support department (Customer Service, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, Technical and Finance department) to make smooth progress of the sales.
6. Participate in the marketing activities: the new production promotion conference, the Bauma exhibition, the Mining exhibition and so on.

Reporting:
1. Monthly sales report
2. Customer visit report
3. Marketing report
4. Customer master data

Job Specifications:
1. Education Background : diploma or bachelor degree with major in mechanical or hydraulic
2. Work Experiences: Possess at least 3 years relative sales experience in machinery field of foreign enterprise
3. Language Skills: Conversational English will be a plus
4. Computer Skills: able to use computer and office software
5. Attitudes: Team player, and work well under pressure
Be initiative and have skills in building customer relationship rapidly
6. Others: Willing to travel frequently
Be familiar with hydraulics hoses, fitting, adapter and hose assembly is a plus

1. sales revenue increase rate
2. new customer development quantity and sales revenues
3. payment collection
