Responsibilities:

1. Stable the production process, implement SOP and document in production, supervise and urge shift leader and operators to work as instruction

稳定生产工艺，编写岗位操作说明，监督和指导领班，操作工现场工作

2. Statistic problem during production – pinhole, surface defect, broken wire…etc, feed back to production Dept and Q&T Dept, process improvement

统计并分析生产中出现的问题，反馈生产部和质量技术部，进行工艺改进

3. assistant production manager to arrange production

协助生产经理安排生产任务

4. Solve problem during production, prepare analyze report for unqualified products, semi-finish products

解决生产中出现的问题，以及相应的分析报告

5. Implement the Trial Order from HD, cooperate with HD R&D Dept, promotion of new MEDB from HD

协助总部完成新产品试验，推广MEDB

6. Support colleagues from production Dept and other Dept if necessary

协助本部以及其他部门同事完成工作

7. Optimize process procedure and production technical parameter, priority improve inner lining extrusion and braiding process

优化工艺流程和工艺参数

8. Rationalization of company facility resource, to economize production consumption, collect rest wire steel ,scrap compound to save cost(5M)

优化资源，精益生产，5M

9. Improve machinery efficiency(focus on braiding machine)

提高生产效率

10. In shift leading production team

参与翻班生产，带领一线生产团队

Requirements:

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or chemical related discipline

机械或化工本科学位

At least one year working experience in chemical manufacture environment

至少一年工作经验

Good at analysis and problem solving

良好的问题分析和解决能力

Good communication skill

良好的沟通技巧

Good command of both written and spoken English

良好的英文听说读写能力

10.Continue learning Lean production to enhance our production performance(TPS/Lean manufacture)
11.Organize learning 5S to 7S basic knowledge and put in practice original 5S improve activity(5S)
12.Improve machinery efficiency(focus on braiding machine)
13.Accomplish job arranged by Production Manager
Requirements:

4.Good understanding of production process, equipment and quality management
5.Good communication skill
