Responsibilities:

l  Hands on abundant experience in cell-based assay and FACS assay development, optimization and validation in QC lab environment.

l  Daily sample testing for supporting manufacturing process development of cell therapy product.

l  Lead a group scientist to perform QC test including in-process /release/stability testing under cGMP environment.

l  Be in charge of in vitro activity and functional characterization of candidate product.

l  Be responsible for assay trouble shooting and analytical method improvement when necessary.

l  Drafting and review of experimental scheme, SOP and report.

l  Participate in AD/QC lab investigations of OOS/OOT or deviation.

l  Ensure AD/QC bioassay lab operation and management comply to cGMP requirement.

l  Team member training, job assignment and performance management.

 

Qualification:

l  Master above, Major in cell biology/molecular biology/immunology/medicine or related.

l  5 yrs+ cell-based assay related experience of biologics QC is a plus.

l  Familiar with machine operation of multimode reader and flow cytometry and data analysis.

l  Strong capabilities in assay development and validation design, in depth knowledge of methodology is preferred.

l  IND filings experience for gene/cell therapy product is preferred.
