Responsibility Scope

？ Take lead in MindCruise 77GHz Radar antenna concept design, simulation, verification and

system integration.

？ Work together with Hardware Engineer in MindCruise 77GHz Radar antenna layout design

？ Take lead in MindCruise 77GHz Radar antenna field verification & debugging to iteratively

improve antenna performance to meet system DTS(Design Target Spec)

？ Struct and build MindCruise RF(Radio Frequency) test methodology incl. lab, tool chain,

etc.

？ Concept definition of radar MMIC IC test and data analysis

？ Concept definition of radar MMICs or antenna systems for present and next generation of

radar sensors.

？ Analysis on the bumper influence and find the best position of radar

Competence RequirementDefinition of Competence

• L1 - capable with lead from others
• L2 - capable with support from others
• L3 - capable independently
• L4 - capable of leading others
• L5 - capable of invention

Background

• Graduate from China/Global Top University, Ph.D is preferred
• Major in Antenna or MSEE is preferred
• Min. 3 years direct working/research experience on Radar Antenna design
• Has on-hand successful experience in Radar Antenna design
• Working experiences in Automobile industry is a plus
• Familiar with different kinds of radar signal processing methdology is a plus
