工作职责:

1、负责处理新产品研发阶段工艺事宜，即制订工艺流程及标准、设计仪器内部走线、编写工艺文件（操作指导书ASOP、检验规程AMP及BOM表等）；

2、主导研发部门与生产部门的衔接，负责处理新产品的试生产及转产事宜，完成相关体系文件的编写；

3、协同生产技术员分析及处理生产现场出现的问题，主导制订和验证长期改善措施；

4、负责已有产品的工艺优化（装配工艺、物料加工工艺等），完成相关变更流程，完成相关技术文档的修改；

5、根据产品装配要求完成相应工装夹具的设计，提高装配效率；

6、完成领导安排的其他任务。

Shanghai i-Reader Biotech Co., Ltd was founded in 2012, located in Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Minhang district. “Contributing to human health” is always our first mission.
