1. Day to day operational task delivery to complete bonded warehouse in/out material flow process smoothly
2. Work with external 3PL to manage customs inquiry, warehouse inspection, or any customs related coordination for bonded warehouse
3. Act as focal to liaise with EU/AM 3 sites to ensure document, SAP transaction, operation workflow are progressed appropriately to fit with physical shipment.
4. Ready to take over SAP transactional role in WM/IM/QM mainly and partly in order processing
5. Be as strong advocate to identify process optimization opportunity to drive operation efficiency and process digitalization improvement.
6. Adaptable to process change in daily operation to quickly respond to new business needs
7. Delivery Bonded Warehouse KPI as required  

Qualifications:    

1. Bachelor degree, major in logistics or SCM related filed
2. Minimum 10+ years logistics and warehouse management experiences, especially with bonded warehouse setup & daily operation experiences
3. Good understanding and knowledge in bonded warehouse operations from freight forwarding, customs management, warehouse management, and quality management
4. Strong SAP competency in warehouse full cycle process, and solid knowhow in IM/QM.  SAP Key User experience preferred.
5. Good English communication skill with cross functions and skillful coordination with overseas plants or global team.
6. Attention to details and good analytics skill
7. Self-motivated in managing multi-tasks and able to delivery result with quality
8. Able to support change management and continuous improvement and project management skill or prior experience a plus
