所需专业知识:

  

  

• 对芯片可靠性HTOL测试向量调试有一定的经验， 熟悉MCC 或者 INCAL平台

• 熟悉ATE的测试操作

• 对芯片内部结构有一定了解

• 熟悉电气工具和仪器， 如示波器， 频谱仪

• 具备FA失效分析相关经验优先

• 熟练使用办公软件Word, Excel和Power-point

• 一定的实验室管理经验

• 一定的英语基础， 能够读英文操作手册

                  

主要职责:

  

  

• 协助REE/PTE开发HTOL测试向量，模块

• 协助REE跟踪产品可靠性认证，如HTOL, bHAST测试

• 协助RMAE质量控制检查

• 印刷电路板焊接能力

• 完成报告和文件，确保所收集的数据准确无误，汇总测量数据

              

要求:

  

  

• 大专以上学历，至少3年IC设计公司或FA /可靠性测试实验室工作经验

• 熟悉可靠性，FA相关知识

• 良好的英语和中文书面表达能力， ***英语4级

• 具有故障排除和诊断技术问题的能力

• 注重细节、时间管理和组织能力

• 能够在规定的流程内独立工作

• 有使用手动工具、实验室仪器和可靠性设备的经验

• 能够阅读和理解技术图纸(电气/机械)、数据手册和书面工作说明。

• 需要的时候， 愿意适当加班

• 积极， 主动， 具备工作优先级和紧迫性的调配能力
