Key Responsibilities
- Collect business requirements and further analyze, optimize and convert it to system or product requirement specifications
- Propose most suitable system architecture and solutions based on Vanda Group core banking application products
- Provide constructive suggestions and hands on experiences for application system & platform system complex problems
- System design, prototype, POC and documentation
- Provide technical assistance to junior programmer
- Technical support to application systems in production

Qualifications and Requirements
- BSCS / MSCS or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and implementation
- Minimum 8 years of core-banking application design and project delivery experience
- Strong and in-depth domain knowledge and core bank system modules experience including Deposit, Loan, Settlement, Payment, IC card, etc.
- Strong knowledge and experiences on IBM RS6000 or HP UX, CICS or Tuxedo and DB2 or Oracle.
- Good communications skills and excellent team player
- Willing to travel on customer-sites
- Adaptable on dynamic job assignment

资质和经验要求
- 计算机本科或硕士学历
- 至少10年的从事软件开发及实施经验
- 至少8年的银行核心系统设计和项目交付经验
- 很强的银行业务知识及核心业务系统各模块设计经验，包括存款、贷款、结算、支付、IC卡等
- 很强的IBM RS6000或HP UX、CICS或Tuxedo、以及DB2或Oracle知识和经验。
- 很强的沟通能力和团队协作精神
- 愿意出差到客户现场
- 适应动态任务分配
