Responsible for building data analysis model for new projects and provide key data mining jobs for ongoing projects

1. Understand business/clients' data analysis needs

2. Work closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and IT team to design and build business reporting template or data analysis framework for new projects and ongoing projects

3. Responsible for key data analysis jobs for ongoing projects, especially for specific subject analysis, such as: campaign impact evaluation, product/SKU analysis, KPI variation analysis...

4. Cooperate with Business Development Managers and Account Managers in data analysis type of deals or targeted campaign and deliver related proposals

5. Present data summary and key findings from analytical report to business/clients

6. Continuously provide data analysis methods to Account Teams to help them to regular business reporting and program reporting to support maximum profitability




Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics or statistics preferred

2. At least 2 years experience in data analysis, knowledge of MS Access, SPSS and SQL required

3. Solid skills for all phases of data processing and analysis for CRM projects, including the application of standard, descriptive, and inferential statistical methods for conducting analysis

4. Good understanding of CRM industry

5. Good communication skills

6. Good command of English
