RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1.Be the contact person for export customers. Mostly in the Asia & Pacific region but other regions/customers may be added
2.Order handling, delivery follow-up and customer service
3.Coordinate with production and warehouse for delivery and logistics arrangements
4.Conduct market research and report on relevant industry information
5.Together with the other team members administrate and develop marketing material
6.Participate in and plan marketing activities
7.Strive to increase the sales turnover and uphold/improve customer service level
8.Act in the best interest of the Sales department and the Company
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1.Bachelor degree or higher
2.Minimum 2 years of working experience within export, sales and customer service
3.Chinese (Mandarin): Native
4.English: Fluent
5.Japanese: Fluent
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1.Accurate, organized and able to take initiative and proactively solve problems
2.Sales and Service oriented
3.Excellent communication skills and team work attitude
4.Computer skills: Microsoft Office
5.Familiar with ERP and CRM systems
6.Married with children is the best.
