ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties. This position will assist Medical Affairs Manager for following duties:

• Integrate Cepheid Systems, Connectivity Solutions as well as assays into customer laboratories and provide support
  to customers during the evaluation, implementation and accreditation process for a smooth and rapid Go Live.
• Demonstration/Training on Cepheid Systems and Connectivity Solutions, software, reagents to current and new
  customers
• Conduct technical seminars and presentations
• Serve as customer advocate for timely resolution to customer concerns
• Follow normal standard of work for documentation and customer complaint handling to ensure total customer
  satisfaction.
• Ensure territory status information is updated as requested: including but not limited to installation and training records, site visits, expense reports and travel calendar
• Respond promptly to customer unsolicited requests for off label information
• Support the set-up and monitoring of research studies
• Assist in preparation of written materials such as Guidelines, Bulletins, letters, and training materials
• Track and collate trends in queries and consults and support preparation of frequently asked questions and
  standardized responses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

• Bachelor of Medicine or equivalent degree from medical school is preferred. MSc or PhD in biomedical or life science is acceptable.
• Three years (MSc) or one year (PhD) plus relevant experience
• Experience in molecular and microbiology techniques.
• Experience using technology for documentation and communication
