The research associate will join the pre-clinical R&D team for the development of AAV gene therapy for rare metabolic disorders. He or she will contribute experimentally in the development of novel targets that would eventually translate into clinical research.

任职条件：
Education: Master's degree in the field of molecular biology, biochemistry, pathology, virology, neuroscience or related fields required.
Experience: 0-3 years
Skillsets:
Basic knowledge of transgenic animal models.
Extensive hands-on experience in rodent colony maintenance, handling and behavioral tests is a must.
Experience in necropsy of rodents, especially of CNS tissues.
Experience in characterization of neurological rodent models is a plus.
Experience with AAV vectors is a plus.
Demonstration of detailed record keeping and data documentation.
Self motivated with excellent problem-solving ability.
Language: Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
