职位描述
岗位职责：
1、根据科经理安排，负责对接客户和研发部门，推进项目开发及投产；
2、根据项目情况，负责协助客户按照生产部门的流程及要求导入量产；
3、根据客户提出的不良问题，负责协调生产部门其他员工进行团队合作，共同解决复杂问题。
岗位要求：
1、遵守公司信息安全规定，遵守公司各项规定；
2、继续学习，积极发展，个人工作能力持续增强；
3、全日制本科及以上学历，微电子，自动化，化学，物理，半导体等相关专业优先；有半导体行业客服经验，专业不限；
4、1~5年半导体相关工作经验。
