职位描述
In this role, you will:
This role is to support BDMs in service activities during business development during daily work.
He/she balances the strict compliance requirements of the Group with general relaxed sales practices in the market. Ensure partners and frontline complete all processes and procedures are accurate and in accordance with the INSH policy standards and regulatory requirements.
Mobile Sales Service (MSS) is an outbound face-to-face bank partner facing role that efficiently contact bank partner, collect documents and other details required to complete a sales process of insurance products/proposition while delivering exceptional service. They must adhere to Group mandates on risk management and regulatory compliance.
This job carries out below tasks:
- Support the WDS Team in business development;
- Support the WDS Team in document collecting, case tracking, renewal management, customer enquiries;
- Ensure all processes and procedures are accurate and in accordance with the INSH policy standards and regulatory requirements
- Complete branch admin work assigned by GMs.
Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proactive working attitude
- Must be a team player
- Strong Microsoft application knowledge (especially for MS excel)
