Customer service rep.

Key Responsibilities

-        Order entry and export control compliance screening;

-        Regularly update and checking orders shipment schedule, processing prior and delay shipment requests;

-        Support to providing relevant info such as HS code and product principle diagram;

-        Prepare quotation and tender documents;

-        Support sales and marketing activities;

-        Assist to ensure timely collection of prepayment, accounts receivable and communicate with customers on LC and BG;

-        Handle RMA (Returned-Material-Authorization) procedure;

-        Weekly update China Booking and Backolg report request by the management;

-        Responsible for office necessities and stationary supply and daily administration;

-        Finish other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

 

Professional Skills/Experience

 

-        Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

-        Previous experience (2+ years) with an data CRM

-        A degree in a technical discipline or business education

-        Former experience with Sales data analysis and/or Financial data analysis is preferred

-        Excellent command of the basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
