1.Purpose/Objective:

 

To give supports to production in order to deliver qualified products to customers

 

 

2.Area of Responsibilities:

 

Engineering Maintaining:

 

Responsible for production preparation of new product, including process/fixture/layout/SW design based on R&D requirements;

 

Make SOP, Test protocol, fixture list, SW to maintain daily production

 

Responsible for various validation including process/equipment/fixture/software

 

 

Quality control:          

 

Problemsolving during the process by quality tools to guarantee an on-time-delivery;

 

Find the rootcauses and take effective measures to avoid repeated quality issues;

 

Analyze customer complaint and define effective CAPA;

 

Organize continous improvement for quality optimization;

 

 

Involvement:          

 

Apply the tools in daily work to improve continously the engineering process/ quality with various DBS tools to achieve better customer satisfaction

 

Operator Training: 

 

Deliver technical training production line and operator to ensure daily production

 

Person Specification: 

 

University or above; Background of mechanical/electronic engineering is preferred

5+ years relevant working experience in MFG with assembly knowledge

 

Excellent knowledge of mechanical assembly/machining processing; Deep understanding of product and assy process.

 

Familiar with QMS process

 

Good communication skill and problem-solving skill;

 

Fluent oral & reading English; German speaking and writing preferred.

 

Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
