About the Job

You lead HR System Support (“HRSS”) teams which are responsible for system maintenance and support services to business partners internal and external. You will partner with PA/PY managers of the different country teams and support HR SSC manager to deliver all required services to the IKEA business and IKEA co-workers defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Furthermore you contribute to continuously improve processes and working routines towards higher effectiveness and efficiency, and quality. You as main contact window, take all necessary efforts to build strong relationships with business partners internal and external. You as project leader or key project participates contribute to transition or other implementation projects overall success, includes timeline, cost, and quality.

Your Responsibilities:

? Lead the HRSS team to deliver accurate, timely, compliant and consistent services according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
? Effectively manage the relationship between HRSS and all the stakeholders (PA/PY team, country, vendor, group functions, etc.)
? Accountable for the Changes and Issues Handling processes and the timely resolution of all requests to ensure all HR Systems smooth operation.
? Regularly monitoring the status and progress of all open issues & change requests you will secure that all Change Requests (CR) and issues are resolved in a timely manner to enable all systems to operate effectively.
? Lead/participate projects which have impact to existing systems, and ensure systems readiness for the implementation.
? Ensure all system related training and documentation is of the required standard and regularly updated.
? Lead the team to drive continuous improvement to raise user satisfaction and productivity.  Encourage proactively identify improvement/efficiency potentials in systems and processes.
? Recruit, develop and inspire your co-workers to take ownership and to grow the business. Provide performance feedback and coaching to employees. Create an environment where the IKEA Culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of both co-workers and customers.

What You'll Need To Have:

? 5+ years of HR system experience
? Excellent HR knowledge of SAP system (HR related Model) or Kronos system, other HR systems knowledge is a plus
? Good pay the co-worker process knowledge
? Good HR related tax, legal knowledge
? Fluent oral and written English
? Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office
? Good communication and presentation skill
? Good process thinking, project management, change management skill
? Good at solving problems, managing conflict and can build up good relationship with all business stake holders
? Devote to continuous improvement of the process and also people development, and drive excellent business result
? Proved management and leadership skill
? Leader/manager experience is mandatory
? Experience in multicultural and multinational organisation, SSC experience is preferred
